Why visit an olive oil mill

Discover the heart of our olive mill, where tradition meets innovation. Join us from October to February to experience the warmth of the community, taste freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, and share stories of the harvest. A true taste of heritage.

When people think of an olive mill, they often picture just the physical place where olives are transformed into oil. But for us, the mill is so much more: it’s the beating heart of a community that gathers around shared, ancient knowledge. It’s here, among the modern machines and the unmistakable scent of freshly pressed oil, that a special bond between the land and its people comes to life.

In our mill, we don’t just work to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil; we aim to create an experience that brings together tradition and innovation. When harvest season arrives, families from our region bring their olives with traditional names like Itrana, Leccino, Moraiola, and Oliva Minuta to the mill, with the same dedication and hope as the generations before them. This moment is not just an agricultural ritual but also a chance to meet, share stories, and pass down the flavours of our land.

Our mill is like our favourite “bar,” where, while waiting for the fragrant, dense oil to flow, you have a coffee, chat with friends, and share tales of the harvest season or the challenges of a long, hard day’s work.

There’s something truly magical about seeing the smiles light up on people’s faces as those first drops of oil begin to flow. It’s as if an entire year’s effort has been distilled into a golden treasure, filled with care and patience.

If you stop by between October and February, it’s truly an experience not to be missed. Why not come and taste the extra virgin olive oil we produce? We willll provide the bread and the company!
